At the begining or your progam, your dedicated placement consultant maps your skills, experience, and career goals. You nominate your first and second choice of specialisation from options The vast majority of students are placed in a role aligned with their career goals.

Your profile is then presented to one vetted host company at a time. No response within 48 hours? We move to the next best match.

This is not random assignment. It is a structured, daily matching process run by a team dedicated entirely to placement.

Placement can happen as quickly as 1 week from the start of your internship phase, and up to 8 weeks in most cases. The average is 2–4 weeks.

Your second-choice specialisation ensures there is always an alternative path ready, which significantly reduces placement time. Graability's placement and partnership teams meet daily to match students with live opportunities from the host network.

Many GAP students are not fresh graduates. They are qualified professionals with real experience who have discovered that the Australian job market requires something specific: local Australian work experience. Your overseas experience is an asset. What GAP gives you is the bridge into the local market, the workplace knowledge, the professional networks, and the internship placement that Australian employers need to see.

1 in 4 of GAP graduates receive a direct job offer from their host company, which means the majority don't, and that's completely normal. The internship is not the only path to employment.

What every GAP graduate leaves with is real Australian work experience on their resume, a professional reference, an expanded network, and the interview and communication skills that GAP builds throughout the program.

If you don't receive an offer from your host, GAP's career support continues. You leave the program employment-ready, not just qualified.

Locations & Mode of Delivery
Our Gradability Accelerator Plus Program consists of a blended delivery with online learning components and in-person internship.
This allows for both flexibility and hands-on learning.
Internship are available in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide.
 
Course Hours
Hours will depend on the student’s prior level of business knowledge, skills and the internship length.

A typical example of time spent on learning, assessment, and internship is as follows:

30 hours of learning, assessment, skill development
Between 228 – 456 hours depending on the internship duration (days per week and total length of internship)
 

Course Days
Prior to internship, learning and assessment is conducted online and can be completed flexibly to suit your needs and schedule.
The internship consists of full-time workdays for three days per week, over 12 consecutive weeks.
The number of days required at an internship are based on availability, experience and needs of both the host company and intern.

Assessments are undertaken throughout the program, evaluating your knowledge and skill
development. These follow the online & interactive learning content uniquely designed to develop
business, communication and teamwork skills.

Two assessments are completed prior to the internship commencing to ensure you are prepared.
These are completed online via our dedicated learning platform with instant grading results and
have been specifically developed to enhance your ability to deal with real-life workplace
expectations and scenarios.

The third, and final assessment is a written assessment and completed alongside your internship
while engaging in real-life workplace tasks, scenarios, and learnings. This is submitted on completion
of your internship for marking by a qualified Trainer & Assessor.

Upon successful completion of the program and its required components, including the three
assessments, you will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for Unit of
Competency: BSBOPS201 – Work effectively in business environments.
